[1] ThePlaintiff in this action claims damages against the Defendant for personal injuries, loss and damage which she sustained as a result of an accidentat her work place.
[2] Atthe start of the trial, Mr. Roger Barker, counsel for the Defendant, informed the Court that liability was not indispute and the Plaintiff’s damagesare now to be assessed by the Court.
